I had visions of daily blog posts demonstrating serene clarity and insight, authorship which would launch industries, bring peace to nations in the depths of agitated conflict, cause pregnant mothers to give birth, the works.

Well none of that happened. It might have something to do with the fact that I wrote four blog posts in all this time, none of which were really insightful. But more importantly, it stemmed from a realization that none of the above would happen and really shouldn’t happen based on my words.

I guess writing doesn’t provide clarity and insight to war torn countries which I have no experience with, but rather provides clarity for the author. Of course this doesn’t provide the earth shattering motivation needed to take time from running a nebulous startup to put your thoughts in order. However, as I spent another 30 minutes trying to phrase the right email before I sent it out, I figured this exercise of blogging can only do good.

Rather than wait for a while to think up a post, I wanted to initiate it right here, right now with this.
